You’ll ensure our sterilization and infection control teams exceed expectations, using digital checklists and best-in-class protocols. From hygiene pre-booking to case acceptance and appointment show rates—you’ll drive results that lead to healthier smiles and loyal patients. You’ll work cross-functionally to streamline systems and maximize our clinical team’s productivity—delivering excellent care, efficiently. You’re disciplined and numbers-driven. Responsible for payroll, supplies, equipment, and more—you’ll own the clinical budget and make smart, strategic decisions to keep operations smooth and sustainable.
